This page describes how to get help with TradeMate - Site Client Job and what to include when you contact us.

Before you write
- App version: Settings → or the App Store listing version number.
- Device: e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.
- What happened: steps to reproduce the issue.
- Screenshots (if safe to share — avoid sensitive client data).
Common topics
Sign-in and account
- Use the same email you registered with. If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, use that method consistently.
- Forgot password: use your provider’s password reset (we don’t store passwords in plain text in the app description).
- Delete account: Settings -> Delete Account -> Confirm Deletion.
Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play). Manage or cancel in your device’s subscription settings.
- Restore purchases: Use “Restore purchases” on the Plans / subscription screen in the App, if available.
- For refund requests, contact Apple or Google support according to their policies.
Sync and data
- The App can work offline; changes may show as pending sync until you are online.
- If data doesn’t appear on another device, ensure you’re signed into the same account and allow time for sync.
Team invites
- Invites are sent by email; check spam/junk folders.
- If a link doesn’t work, forward the exact error and the approximate time you tried.
PDF export and invoices
- PDF export and some features may require an active subscription; check your plan in the App.
- Company logo for PDFs is set under Settings (owner account).
Privacy and data requests
For privacy questions or data access/deletion requests, see our Privacy Policy or email tradelog.invite@gmail.com from your registered account where possible.
Reporting a security issue
Email tradelog.invite@gmail.com with “Security” in the subject. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we’ve had a chance to respond.
