If you delete your account through the App where this feature is available, we aim to delete associated cloud content in line with the App’s behaviour at the time of deletion, subject to limited retention where law requires (for example tax or fraud records held by payment platforms, which we do not control).
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the App (listed above), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are in the UK.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
If you use the App outside the UK, your information may be processed in the UK or other countries where we or our processors operate.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, except where law requires additional steps.
